If you use the Keyboard tab of the Keyboard &amp; Mouse System Preferences panel, however, it will not work when you try to use it in NeoOffice. Instead, you need to do assign a shortcut using NeoOffice's built-in keyboard shortcuts tool. Follow these steps:<br /><br />Select Tools » Customize from the menubar. In the new window that opens, click the Keyboard button.<br />Choose a key that hasn't been assigned yet in the upper section.
